"Art on the Agterstoep"

On 22 October 2011, Moonshadow hosted “Art on the Agterstoep” (back veranda) - an art exhibition for local amateur artists. The response we received from artists was overwhelming! Over 100 pieces of art ranging from canvas to tie-dye to digital to metal and wood! A BIG thank you to all the artists for who contributed to making this event such a huge success. This will definitely be the first of many exhibitions, so keep on painting/welding/sculpting etc! Photos of the exhibition here.

Once a year, most of Swellendam turns yellow in preparation for the annual Canola Festival (5 - 7 August). Of course Moonshadow jumped at the chance to add some extra colour, and won the prize for
"Most Creative Yellow Business"!
